Confidentiality

Your team, customers, and competitors hear nothing from us until you decide.

A leaked sale process costs real money: employees update their CVs, competitors whisper to your customers, buyers sense weakness. Everything below is standard in every Array mandate, not an add-on.

01Before anyone knows your name

Your company gets a codename

From the first internal document to the buyer-facing teaser, your company is a project name. Public mandate summaries are written so the business cannot be identified: no names, no review counts, no marketplace ranks.

NDA before identity, every time

Buyers see anonymized materials first. Your identity and detailed data are disclosed only after a signed NDA, and only to parties we have reviewed and you have not vetoed.

Never listed, never blasted

Array mandates do not appear on marketplaces and are never mass-mailed. Outreach is a curated list of named buyers, approached individually.

The transaction room buyers actually see (figures illustrative): NDA-gated, per-recipient, watermarked.

02Inside the process

Watermarked per recipient

Every document a buyer opens is individually watermarked with their firm's name. If a page ever travels where it should not, it says exactly who let it go.

Access granted person by person

Each access request is reviewed by a person, typically the same business day. Access is per-firm, revocable at any time, and we see engagement: who opened what, which questions they studied.

Hard walls between deals

Deal data lives segregated per mandate. Buyers in one process see nothing of another; your data room exists for your transaction only and is retired after it.

03Your data, in law and in practice

Array Capital GmbH is a Swiss company (CHE-349.211.433) and handles personal data under the Swiss revDSG and, where it applies, the GDPR. The details, including retention and your rights, are in our privacy policy. In practice, the rule is simpler: what you tell us about your company is treated the way we would want our own numbers treated, and confidentiality survives the process whether or not a deal closes.
